Delivery Time

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. LM Luxe Moisture is not responsible for delays or lost packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, LM Luxe Moisture is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages.

If you experience an issue with delivery, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We will gladly assist you in filing a claim when possible.

Weather & Carrier Delays

LM Luxe Moisture is not responsible for shipping delays caused by weather conditions, natural disasters, carrier disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Warm Weather Notice

Our body butters are handcrafted and may soften or melt during transit in warmer temperatures. This does not affect the quality or effectiveness of the product.

If your body butter arrives softened, allow it to return to room temperature before use. For best results, store products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
