RETURNS
Due to the nature of our products and for the health and safety of all our customers. all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on skincare or body care items.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will gladly make it right.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please email us at info@lmluxemoisture.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos.
Once approved, we will either replace the item or issue a refund for the item(s) in question, including original shipping charges when applicable.
REFUNDS
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was on our part.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:
